Medications Excluded from Benefit Coverage
Our primary goal is to work with pharmaceutical companies to provide the best value for our members and our customers without making PDL or benefit coverage changes that increase costs. We only exclude medications when we cannot come to an agreement with the manufacturer, when there is significant cost savings for our customers and when there are affordable medications that treat the same condition with the same expected health outcome for our members.
